Pilates Mat Class

Pilates mat class on the pool deck of the Fond du Lac Community Aquatic Center. Class is available for beginners through Pilates veterans with modifications and alternate positions given as needed for each individual to be successful. Bring your own exercise mat or use one that the facility has on hand. Come join us for a great class to improve core strength, flexibility, stretching, control, and breathing coordination.

$30 Residents for 6 sessions & $35 Non-residents for 6 sessions
